Strong evidence is the core of medical affairs work. From a strong evidence base, we help you build the documents, evaluate the impact of evidence change, and simulate expert responses to it.

We screen every record the databases return for the asset and place each paper by the question it answers, with the reason stated. What arrives is a library, not a tool to run. Read it, inspect how it was built, overrule what you disagree with, select what you take forward.
From the library, the SCP Engine returns the statements the evidence supports, each with a verdict: supported, partially supported, contradicted, insufficient evidence. It also returns Draft Zero, an initial draft of the scientific communication platform (SCP) in which every sentence traces to its sources. Your writers start from a draft, not a blank page. Situation analysis, lexicon, competitor read: the document changes, the method does not.
Weight reduction is sustained through 68 weeks of continued treatment1, with gastrointestinal events predominating and consistent with the class2. Cardiovascular outcome data now support a claim the prior platform did not make3. 1 Phase 3 RCT, 2022 · grade High · supported 2 Pooled safety analysis, 2025 · grade High · supported 3 Outcomes trial, 2024 · grade High · supported · not in prior platform
The same evidence base, re-run. Each edition shows what changed since the last and what each change asks of the SCP: add, reinforce, requalify or defend. Checking an SCP against the evidence used to be slow, so it was done rarely. An edition makes the check efficient enough to run when the science moves.
A simulated panel of experts or patients reads your document or direction and tells you where it pushes back, on which statements, and why. Two shapes: a seated panel that deliberates (KOL Simulation, Patient Simulation), or many experts reading specific statements (KOL Reactions). Run it when the question comes up, not when the logistics allow.
Screening and categorizing the published evidence at scale was never practical, and most processes in our industry were designed around that limit. The limit has lifted. The same foundation can be built into novel solutions. If you have an idea, we'd like to build it with you.
For medical affairs teams in pharma, and for the agencies that serve them. Agencies work through us inside their own engagement: the client, the writing and the fee stay with the agency.
